My Bandwidth represents your computer's internet connection speed. The correct value must be selected by every player. For example, if you are connecting to the internet using a modem, you should select 33/56Kbps. If you are connecting using a cable modem or ISDN at 128Kbps you should select 128Kbps. For connections above 256Kbps you should select >256Kbps. Please take in consideration that usually the value that matters in case of an asymetrical connection (ADSL) is the minimum between the upstream and downstream values. By setting this value correctly you make sure the game will run optimally.
